    Our premium materials maintain shape while softening gently with wear. They’re designed to be both durable and comfortable for everyday adventures. 

  • Do Premium Purring harnesses run true to size?

    Yes! Our harnesses are designed to match standard feline sizing, but we recommend measuring your cat’s neck and chest and referring to our size guide for the best fit. 

Orders, Shipping & Tracking

  • What if I want to cancel or change my order?

    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us immediately at [email protected]

  • How do you ship?

    We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and delivery speed. Orders are shipped from California. 

  • Can I expedite my order?

    Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Processing time still applies to custom or made-to-order items. 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Yes! You can select our Premium Gift Wrap option during checkout for select products. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    We’re so sorry! Please send a photo and your order number to [email protected] within 7 days, and we’ll make it right. 

  • Can I return or exchange a gift?

    Yes! Please provide the order number or purchaser’s name and email us to initiate a gift return or exchange. 

  • What is your return policy?

    Unused, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days. Custom artwork and perishable items are non-returnable unless damaged.

    Yes! Our Purring Gift Cards are available digitally and physically, perfect for cat lovers everywhere. 

  • Do you offer discount codes or coupons?

  • When can I expect my refund?

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.
