We want you—and your cat—to be completely happy. That’s why we offer 90 days of hassle-free returns on most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all product tags intact within 90 days from the delivery date.
Exclusions: Gift cards and custom products (like personalized paintings or engraved goods) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your custom item didn’t meet expectations, please contact us—we’re happy to help.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. All returns must be initiated and completed in the country where the original order was placed.
Improper Purchasing & Returns: Our policies are here to serve real cat lovers, not resellers or fraudulent buyers. If we suspect misuse—including high return activity or resale intent—we may take action including suspending return eligibility, canceling orders, or restricting future purchases.
Our Right to Cancel: Premium Purring reserves the right to cancel or reject any order or return at our discretion. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to the original form of payment.
