Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Free for orders over $100; otherwise, a flat rate of $7.99 applies).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Flat rate of $19.99).

Please note that delivery estimates apply from the date of shipping, not from the order date.

International Shipping

Currently, Premium Purring ships only within the United States and select European countries. International orders outside these areas are not available at this time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment online.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. Premium Purring is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately; we’ll do our best to update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and provide a solution promptly.
