Our Return Policy
At Premium Purring, we want you—and your cat—to be completely happy. That’s why we offer 90 days of hassle-free returns on most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all product tags intact within 90 days from the delivery date.
Exclusions: Gift cards and custom products (such as personalized paintings or engraved goods) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your custom item didn’t meet expectations, please contact us—we’re happy to help.
Initiating a Return:
Guest Customers: Please visit our Guest Return Form to start the return process.
Registered Customers: Log in to your account, navigate to My Account -> Orders, and select the order you wish to return to initiate the refund process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. All returns must be initiated and completed in the country where the original order was placed.
Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Our Right to Cancel: Premium Purring reserves the right to cancel or reject any order or return at our discretion. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to the original form of payment.
